Change The Code is a student-led organization non-profit organization that aims to improve the gender ratio in the STEM industry, by encouraging more female students to take up science and technology related fields. What do we do? We aim to carry out workshops for school students where they will be taught basic coding and other skills, arrange firm visits for these students to companies like Microsoft and Google, reach out to organizations who share the same aim as us and invite guest speakers to share their stories and insights on this topic.
